What: A software and hardware solution that transforms a PC into a professional synchronized video recorder.

The story:
Driven by the need for an affordable solution to create sound for movies with Pierre Estève, I co-developed with Julien Olivier (that will later become co-founder of JazzMutant and lead developper of the Lemur) the Starsync—a revolutionary tool combining a MIDI interface and software capable of synchronizing video playback on a PC with a DAW on another computer. Starsync offered a cost-effective alternative to expensive industry-standard solutions and delivered exceptional performance. The product was embraced by over 500 studios in France, replacing costly equipment from tier-one companies and making professional-quality synchronization accessible to more users.
