Introduction
I've worked at the crossroads of music, technology, and design for 20+ years. My career spans commercial product invention, independent prototyping, and collaborative R&D with artists and companies. Some call me an inventor, others a designer or consultant. What drives me is building meaningful tools that unlock expression.
Personal & Professional Path
My career doesn’t follow a conventional path — and that’s part of its strength.
I co-founded JazzMutant, where I led the design of the Lemur, one of the first multi-touch controllers for music and performance. Since then, I’ve been working at the crossroads of art, technology, and product design: building experimental tools, advising creative startups, and inventing new interfaces for established companies.
Today, I operate both as a consultant and a creative partner, helping teams shape early-stage ideas into real-world products. I also work on royalty-based collaborations with companies who seek innovative tools rooted in user-centered design and technological fluency.
Philosophy & Approach
My focus is always on expression, clarity, and play — making technology feel intuitive, responsive, and meaningful.
I believe in small teams, fast prototyping, and long-term thinking. Whether it’s through a touchscreen, a physical controller, or an embedded system, I care deeply about the way people feel when interacting with a tool — not just what it does.
